After researching online and having many consultations with other practices, I came across the award winning North Down Dental Surgery and I must say, from the get go they provided a top class professional service. The team made me feel so welcomed and comfortable as they explained each stage of my invisalign treatment. The transformation is incredible but more importantly, the confidence boost for myself is just an amazing feeling, I will no longer feel insecure about smiling. I had a molar removed yesterday after a very painful weekend with toothache by Claire who was really lovely and friendly! This is the first time i have had a tooth removed and was nervous as to how it would look and feel once extracted. I recently attended this clinic for a wisdom tooth extraction and I have been extremely happy with the service that I received from the start to end of the process. Everything was explained very clearly to me by Maeve and she and her assistant Natalie created an atmosphere which was relaxed, friendly and reassuring throughout. They also both constantly checked in on how I was doing. After the procedure I was given clear guidance on the after care and a few days later a follow up call was made to me from the practice which I appreciated too. I would definitely highly recommend this practice to future clients.

A year long journey to restore my smile has just ended and I am so happy, not only with the result, but relieved that my treatment was carried out by Michael and his team! I wanted everything sorted immediately but Michael, being a true professional insisted that I had to be patient so that the job was done right! Very happy with my first visit to North Down Implant & orthodontics clinic. I was in a lot of pain from a wisdom tooth but was put at ease immediately on arrival. There was a very friendly and professional atmosphere and Maeve explained everything step by step. The extraction was done in no time and off I went home with aftercare.The next day I received a call from Claire just checking in with me asking how I was feeling, I thought this was lovely and really felt that they cared. Thanks to Maeve, Natalie, & Claire. A fantastic team I would highly recommend! Amanda x.

I didn't know what to expect going in but i am over the moon. From start to end very professional experience from Michael and his whole team. Everyone is so lovely and really makes you feel at ease throughout and a fair few laughs in there aswell. Quality of work is out of this world. Two rear teeth removed by Dentist Maeve. Everything explained very well. Both teeth removed before I was aware. I had two stitches and no pain. The dentist was aware that I take a blood thinner and afterwards I had very little bleeding. This girl is obviously at the top of her profession and I would be very confident with her dental treatment. This is the third day and everything very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic

Had to get a procedure done due to having an impacted wisdom tooth. was nervous before hand due to never having any previous experience of having teeth removed, but all the staff ensured I was in good hands and talked me through every step! The procedure ended up being a breeze, I was pretty much in and out, and I'm greatful that I no longer need to deal with any more pain in the future (some tenderness throughout the healing process, but nothing a few pain killers won't help for a couple days) I highly recommend this practice for any dental needs, top professionals.

The dentists and receptionist were so lovely and comforting. Getting a tooth out can be a scary thing but the dentists even put on some relaxing music in the background. Extraction was painless. And Claire was amazing even ringing me the day after to see how I was.

I was treated by Dr Maeve for a fairly severe impacted wisdom tooth that was causing me a lot of problems and required multiple sessions. I couldn't have been happier with the service, all the staff from the Doctor herself to the reception staff were incredibly friendly and reassuring. A member of staff, Claire I believe (apologies if incorrect, I was in a hoop around this time with the tooth!) even rang up after to check how I was getting on and if I had any questions.I can't recommend this clinic enough, really helped me massively. Good luck to anyone needing work in the future and rest assured that you're in good hands!

Just finished up my cosmetic work with Dr. Rowland and I am delighted with the results. The level of care is ultra professional, coupled with a friendly environment, it has made my experience a positive one. There is no shortcuts taken and Michaels experience and knowledge is super helpful and reassuring when it comes to choosing the correct treatment plan that best suited me.In terms of booking appointments and making payments etc, the staff are super and Claire was most helpful throughout. I’ve had a lot of issues with my teeth over the years and after braces they still just weren’t the way i wanted them to be. i got in contact with north down implant and orthodontic clinic about a cosmetic dental treatment and they were so helpful and friendly through out the whole process.Michael and his team are amazing at what they can do, the transformation is incredible and i can’t thank them enough for how happy it has made me and how better i feel with myself. I finally got my braces off after almost 6 years, and my teeth look amazing. When i started my teeth were all over the place but now they are seriously perfect.Dr. Finlay and Lynn were amazing throughout the whole process. They were always super friendly, made every visit a breeze and were always up for a chat, which made the long journey much easier. I attended the practice for an implant to replace a fractured tooth which was not suitable for a bridge. At every stage from the first consultation until the actual implant was fitted I was treated with genuine care and respect by Michael and his Team. Extreme care was taken during extraction and preparation for the implant to avoid infection as I am immune suppressed and the whole procedure went smoothly. I was always made to feel at ease and the kindness and caring attitude of everyone made the whole process comfortable. I would highly recommend Michael and his team even for those who may feel apprehensive or anxious about treatment. You will be treated with care and respect and be happy to smile again without feeling self conscious.

A great team of people from start to finish! My son has been having treatment for almost two years with regards his braces. We have had a few visits over the last months & each time we arrive the receptionists are polite, acknowledge your arrival and are very helpful. The building itself is modern, very clean and each surgery well signposted. The treatment from the orthodontist was exceptional. He was very patientand explained in detail what he would be doing on this visit and subsequent visits. I thoroughly recommend without hesitation.

During a visit to the orthodontist one of my children (not the one who had an appointment) fainted. Everyone was so good with her and me and also looked after my other 2 children while I sat with my daughter who fainted. They kept us there until they where certain she was ok and rang twice to check in on how she was doing. Thank you all .
